Last Saturday our core committee team had a special workshop conducted by Dr. Amen Lee, a corporate trainer and also friend of P Peter.
Dr. Lee facilitated the workshop through interactive sessions engaging every participant to rediscover their inner self, as well as the initial ‘WHY’ of joining Rotary and serving people.
It’s a precious time that the team had intimate heart to heart conversations about everyone’s personal journey in Rotary and life in general. We understand more about each other’s values and expectations, hence strengthening team’s bonding and understanding of each other.
There’s a saying that- ‘Your vibes attract your tribes.’ We strongly believe that people who share the same values and beliefs will eventually come together. By upholding the spirit of – ‘Serving Above Self’, we have strong faith in RCHKNP’s future development and we are confident in creating more positive impact to the community and people around us. More importantly, we treasure the personal growth journey of our members in RCHKNP big family.
We then had our regular core team committee chairs meeting chaired by President Peter Pang with a reunion lunch (團年午宴）treated by PDG CP Eric to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year. 🧧
Each functional team shared the service projects and activities ready to be implemented in the upcoming months. We are all so excited about the future plans to create more values to the community and people in need. Rotarian Royce Chow and Yuki Li joined us as observers . Cheers to RCHKNP’s team effort! 🥂
