We have invited Mr. K.L. Lee, Executive Director of Vinopolis Hong Kong Limited, also friend of RTN. Dr. Eddie Chan to conduct a wine tasting workshop for us. He shared with us different stories and histories of champagne, white wines and red wines. We have had a deeper understanding on the production of wines, as well as different features and styles of wines from various regions: Bordeaux , Burgundy , Russia River Valley, California. 🍇
We all had an enjoyable and wonderful evening with delicious bites, delicate wines and joyful laughters!
