Proud of our CCC Kwei Wah Shan Secondary School Interact Club President Utsab and Director Nicole and their board of directors initiated fund raising in school to donate to Rotary Foundation Turkey/Syria Disaster Response Fund to support Shelter Box to help Victims of earthquake in Turkey and Syria. They raised HK$ 10,500 within a week . Amazing and touching !
In response to their urgent action , our 40 members, each member of Rotary Club of Hong Kong North Point matched and donated $780 matched and contributed HK$31,200 .
Fund was remitted to Rotary Foundation.
We appreciated our young generation made their initiative to help victims in Turkey and Syria in a speedy manner .
