Area 13 4th Club Leadership Learning Workshop was successfully organised by PDG CP Eric Chin and AG Eliza Fan with the assistance from PP Carlos Tam and PP Peter Pang from RCHKNP as facilitators in RIC from 7-10 pm on 19/9 Thursday evening.

20 club leaders and future leaders from 7 clubs in Area 13 have understood the importance of club strategic plannings and the effective ways to structure a club Strategic Plan. Rotary protocols regarding best practises in leaders’ recognitions, rotary events organisation covering specific seating arrangement for photo-taking sessions, table seating and toasting are also covered with clear instructions and guidances.
Club leaders had fun and interactive learning sessions coupled with various challenges working in groups. We are proud and confident in our leaders’ familiarity with Rotary’s standard operation procedures after the workshop. Keep up the proactive leadership team! We look forward to more upcoming collective meetings and learning!
