RCHKNP hosted A13 Club Leadership Academy Class 2 for A13 future club leaders on 11/5 Saturday! 20+ PEs and future leaders from 8 clubs attended the A13 Club Leadership Academy from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Club leaders gathered together to learn more about rotary leadership and brainstorm strategic plans for upcoming years.

Our dedicated team of facilitators – PDG CP Eric Chin, IAG Eliza Fan, IDAG CP Bee Chan, CP Alvin Lam , PP Jean-Roch Martin and PP Peter Pang, shared with us various topics that are relevant to the realistic opportunities and challenges leaders face when dealing with clubs’ operations and management.
We are also very glad to have invited District IT Committee Chair PP Helen Or as our guest speaker, to better understand the IT system on how it supports leaders to enhance organisation and improve clubs’ daily operations, hence boosting synergies.
The fruitful learning atmosphere credits to all of our proactive learners, facilitators but nevertheless the help from our PE Peter Long for arranging the training room of his office in Quarry Bay and preparing the refreshments for us all to make it a success! 🙏🏻
