On the 4th of May 2024, the Grant Management Seminar cum Rotary District Foundation Seminar was held at the Regal Hong Kong Hotel, orchestrated by the District Rotary Foundation Committee. On behalf of RCHKNP, PE Peter Long and PN Kenneth Chan joined the event, together with IAG Eliza Fan and representatives from other clubs hailing from the newly formed Area 13.

The primary objective of this seminar was to provide comprehensive insights into the process of securing funding through District Grants and Global Grants. Through the use of case studies, the attendees were able to gain a more profound understanding of the application process, thereby equipping them with the necessary knowledge to navigate this complex landscape.
In addition to the pragmatic aspects of grant applications, the seminar also provided a platform for fellowship and networking among club leaders. This allowed attendees to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones, fostering a sense of community among the diverse group of club leaders in attendance. The combination of practical learning and social interaction ensured that the seminar was not only informative but also engaging, contributing to its overall success.
