The kick-off dinner for the Mentorship Programme 2024-25 took place successfully at Hong Kong Aviation Club on 3rd Mar. This event marked the beginning of the journey for our mentors and mentees, made possible by the invaluable support of our dedicated Rotarians and Rotaractors. 

During the night, we introduced the formation of 4 pairs of mentors and mentees across various industries, including finance, technology and legal. The mentors (Rotarians of RCHKNP) , with their wealth of experience, shared precious advice on career development and entrepreneurship, stimulating engaging conversations between mentors and mentees. 

We, as mentees, left the dinner with thought-provoking insights on career planning, professional development and active communication with industry professionals. With the emphasis on self-reflection and continuous learning, it sets the stage for meaning progress before our next catchup with our mentors.
