RCHKNP September Leadership Training Workshop x Rotaractors Happy Hour🥂
A 5-hour Joint Club with RC Braemar Hill leadership workshop was successfully held on 16/9/2023 conducted by a group of experienced club leaders. Thank you our group of trainers – PDG CP Eric Chin, IPP Peter Pang, PP Carlos Tam and CP Bee Chan.

We have covered a wide range of conceptual and practical knowledge including – Rotary Memberships, Public Image, The Rotary Foundation, Members also gained practical hands on insight on My Rotary and the Learning Center systems to assist in the club operations.
The importance of a healthy club finance is also highlighted with dissecting club budgets, fund raising tactics and annual audit. All these informative training sessions have strengthened members’ understanding on Rotary knowledge, club operation guidelines and more importantly the duties of their leadership roles. We have strong confidence that our board members will have a strong foundation to serve the club in a professional manner and great synergies within the club is enhanced.
After the fruitful training sessions, the Rotaract Club of HKNP Happy Hour was held to wrap up the day. RAC P Nelson and PE Athena together with Interact IPP Kyle have joined us with new 5 RAC! They will join our RAC in the coming October. We have known more about each other and are looking forward to welcoming them!
With the strong support from PDG CP Eric and the PP Council, solid and smooth pipelines are built for leadership training and club sustainability. We, as People of Action, will continue to lead by example and strive for a better club development in Rotary together!
